特殊环境混凝土实体强度检测技术应用研究

     

摘要

Under low temperature,the rebound detection value and core sampling strength of concrete structure is lower than the compressive strength of 28d standard curing test block in the same period,which leads to the misjudgment of concrete strength. The cause for the above phenomena was analyzed through the experimental research. According to the curing condition provision for the test blocks under the same conditions,based on the actual production,the key issues were inferred initially and verified by the corresponding test,which may provide references for concrete strength detection and evaluation under special conditions or low temperature subject to the feasibility argumentation.%针对低气温条件下,混凝土结构实体回弹检测和钻芯取样检测强度低于同龄期28 d标准养护试块抗压强度,并造成对混凝土结构实体强度误判问题,通过试验研究对产生这一现象的根本原因进行分析。最后,根据相关规范中对同条件养护试块养护条件的规定,结合生产实际,对问题的症结进行初步推断,并利用试验手段加以论证。在论证可行的基础上,为特殊环境-低气温条件下混凝土实体强度的检测、评估提供参考。
