烟台港西港区规划设计建设中关键技术问题回顾

摘要

本文主要介绍烟台港西港区（原八角港区）的选址、规划、设计过程中研究解决的关键性技术问题，着重前期工作的论证，正确把握港区开发建设时机，根据实际情况，在总体规划基本格局不变的前提下，细化调整建设方案，站在全港角度选择合适的起步工程，并充分考虑后续工程的良好衔接，保持港区的良性可持续发展。%It is introduced key technique problem in position choosing,planning and projecting of Yantai New Port Area in this article,emphasizing on reasoning of previous work and accurately holding opportunity of port building. By actual status,detail and adjust build project,and choose appropriate preliminary project in the whole port in the precondition of basically non-changed total planning,consider well connection of after project and keep continuous development of port area.
