混凝土含气量影响因素分析及控制措施

摘要

结合现场监控试验,从混凝土的各个阶段着重对混凝土含气量的影响因素进行分析.通过对混凝土坍落度、砂率及砂细度模数、胶凝材料总量、混凝土运输车转速、引气剂掺量、布料振捣过程中的多种对比试验,得出相关数据说明影响的程度.%The field monitoring test has been adopted to analyze the influencing factors on air content of concrete at different stages. In addition, the influencing extent is explained on the basis of relevant data which are obtained through various contrast tests on concrete slump constant, modulus of grain ratio and grain fineness number, amount of gelling materials, rotate speed of concrete truck, amount of concrete air-entraining agent, materials distribution and vibration.
