a briefing introduction has been given to the principle and characteristics of several common samplers that are used to collect the sample of floating sludge above seabed, and the comprehensive comparison and analysis have been made to show that flip-flop sampler serves as a sampling device with the highest mission success rate applying to floating sludge sampling at the bottom of deepwater foundation trench. In addition, the vertical /horizontal compound flip-flop sampler has been reformed and effectively used to sample the floating sludge at the bottom of deepwater foundation trench, which meets the requirements for the construction of deepwater foundation trench.%本文简单介绍了几种常用类型的海底浮泥取样器的取样原理和特点，并通过综合比较分析说明了触发器式取样器是目前在深水基槽槽底浮泥取样工作中取样成功率最高的取样设备，同时经过改造完成后的纵横复合型触发器式取样器在深水基槽槽底浮泥取样中得到了有效的应用，能够很好的满足深水基槽施工要求。
