异型沉箱结构在核电厂临时取水设施中的应用研究

     

摘要

To meet freshwater-intake requirement for the coastal nuclear power plant, based on the traditional caisson structure, an irregular caisson structure has been designed to be the temporary water-intake facilities of the nuclear power plant during the construction period. And the key points on plane and structural layout are summarized for the design of water-intake facilities of nuclear power plant. According to relevant port engineering codes, soil pressure, wave force and the variable mean load have been combined at random to calculate the stability and internal force of this irregular caisson structure. It is proved from the aspects of layout, calculation and project cost that the irregular caisson structure may work as the temporary water-intake facilities of the coastal nuclear power plant. The plane layout and calculation method of irregular caisson will provide a reference for similar projects.%针对滨海核电厂施工期对于淡水的取水需求,基于港工传统的沉箱结构,设计了一座异型沉箱结构作为某核电厂施工期的临时取水设施,总结了核电厂取水设施设计中应考虑的平面和结构布置要点。以港口工程相关规范为基础,对土压力、波浪力和可变均载等荷载进行组合,计算异型沉箱的稳定性和结构内力。从布置、计算和造价三方面表明以异型沉箱结构作为滨海核电厂的临时取水设施是可行的。本文提出的异型沉箱结构的布置和计算方法,可以为类似工程提供借鉴。
