爆破挤淤处理砂卵石夹层的施工方案研究

     

摘要

The combination of squeezing-silt-by-blasting and rubble filling is widely used in soft soil foundation treatment, but the traditional explosive method is not suitable for the improvement of soft soil base where thick and hard interlayer exists. Based on engineering cases, a construction plan has been proposed for the thicker sand-pebble interlayer in the shape of lenses, i.e. the combination of explosive cutting, silt-squeezing by blasting and vibro-charging with crawler crane. The above strategy successfully solves the key technical trouble of the filled rubble falling to the bottom. The detection results show that the elevation of rubble at the bottom and the bottom width basically satisfy the design and specification requirements. The construction plan can serve similar projects as a reasonable and feasible strategy.%爆破挤淤填石置换法广泛应用于软土地基处理中,但传统爆破方式对存在较厚硬夹层的软土处理效果不佳.本文结合工程实例,对软土层中存在较厚砂卵石透镜体状夹层提出了切割爆破挤淤结合履带式吊机振冲装药的施工方案,成功解决了换填块石落底这一核心技术难题.检测表明,块石落底高程和底宽基本满足设计和规范要求,施工方案合理可行,可为类似工程提供参考.
