天津港某建材码头密闭库熏蒸工艺浅析

摘要

本文运用CFD方法对溴甲烷检疫熏蒸库内的气流组织情况进行模拟,按照工艺过程模拟了熏蒸剂的喷药、熏蒸气体混合、熏蒸尾气排放三个阶段的药剂气流浓度分布情况,并对不同工况下的模拟结果进行了分析.%Using the CFD method to simulate the distribution of the quarantine fumigation chamber of Methyl bromide. According to the technological process, the three stages (which are the fumigant spraying, fumigation gas mixing, fumigation exhaust emission) of concentration distribution of fumigant are simulated, and the simulation results under different working conditions are analyzed.
