油品泊位设计通过能力论证简析

     

摘要

The design traffic capacity of a berth is defined as the rated load of cargos loaded and unloaded through the berth within one year. It is usually the reference for the port management branch to ensure the safe production and operation. When the categories of cargos loaded and unloaded by berth, ship type and ship unloading efficiency is quite different from the original design, and actual freight volume is far beyond the design capacity of the berth, the design traffic capacity of the berth should be re-demonstrated. Based on a product oil terminal, the formula specified in the code of practice is followed to explore the influencing factors for the design capacity of product oil berth.%泊位设计通过能力是一个泊位在一年内能够装卸船舶所载货物的额定数量.它通常是港口管理部门管理码头安全生产经营的参考依据.当泊位装卸货种、船型和卸船效率与原设计发生较大变化造成泊位实际货运量大幅增加超出原泊位设计通过能力时,应对泊位设计通过能力进行重新论证.本文以某港油品码头为实例,依据规范规定的公式,探讨油品泊位设计通过能力影响因素.
