拱形砾石舱的受力特性研究

     

摘要

针对传统砾石舱砾石的出舱速度较慢,下落过程难控制,填充效果差的弊端,提出搭砌而成的离散拱作为砾石舱的想法,通过仿真与实验手段对离散拱圈抗外载能力进行分析.结果表明两者误差小,从而验证了仿真结果的可靠性.结合仿真分析设计出既符合强度等方面要求又省材料的砾石舱,并应用于实际,顺利完成坐底.%The gravel hold assembled with the discrete arched blocks has been proposed to replace the traditional gravel hold due to the disadvantages of the latter one such as lower falling speed, uncontrollable process and poor filling effect of gravel. The resistance of the discrete arched ring to external load is analyzed by means of experiment and simulation respectively, which leads to a little deviation and proves that the simulation result is reliable. Thus the simulation analysis is based on to design the gravel hold which meets the requirements for the strength and material-saving. Finally the gravel hold is used in foundation bed treatment successfully.
