静力压桩法在码头堆场升级改造中的应用

     

摘要

对于水运工程,尤其是后方堆场设备基础的设计施工,主要采用路上打桩机锤击沉桩施工,但如果是已建成20多年旧码头后方陆域堆场的升级改造,该方法并不适用.本文以华南某码头后方陆域堆场改扩建为例,采用静力压桩法对轨道式龙门起重机(RMG)轨道基础进行沉桩.该设计施工的成功实施,为码头陆域堆场改扩建的桩基施工开辟了新思路,对类似工程有一定的借鉴.%For the design and construction of port and waterway engineering, especially in the foundation of equipment in terminal yard, hammer-driving method is mainly adopted; but for the old terminal completed over 20 years, it does not apply. This paper uses storage yard expansion of a wharf in South China as an example, in which the static pressing pile was applied in track foundation of rail mounted gantry crane (RMG). The success of this design and construction opens up new thoughts to the pile foundation construction of the upgrading and reconstruction of storage yard. The experience obtained from this project may serve as reference for similar projects.
