码头大型构件出运敏感性分析研究

         

摘要

As port construction develops towards large-scale,landside connection of air cells is combined with semi-submersible barge to transport large-scale wharf structural members,which has been widely applied in the construction.Based on relevant code of practice,a systematic analysis is carried out for the calculation and checking methods with respect to different parameters in the transportation process of large-scale wharf structural members,which involves the sensitiveness of air cell selection,traction system,layout of structural members on deck,working tide level,the submerging and discharging process of semi-submersible barge.The corresponding analysis software is developed and applied in similar projects.%随着码头建设大型化的发展,采用陆上气囊接力和海上半潜驳浮运相结合的方法出运大型码头构件已成为主流的施工工艺.本文结合相关规范,系统分析了大型构件移运全过程中不同参数的计算和校核方法,主要包括气囊选择的敏感性、牵引系统的敏感性、构件在甲板上布置的敏感性、作业潮位的敏感性和半潜驳下潜卸载过程的敏感性,并开发了相关分析软件,可应用于相关工程的实施.
