防风网结构优化及粉尘颗粒运动数值模拟

     

摘要

The hydrodynamics software FLUENT has been used to simulate the flow fields of windbreak nets with 25% porosity, which adopt different new-style air deflectors respectively. The conventional upright-type windbreak net is compared with the windbreak net on which the air deflectors are installed according to different bending lengths and angles from the aspects of the distribution law of shear stress, turbulence intensity and wind velocity over the stacks. And the discrete phase model is used to predict a movement path of dust particle over the stack. The research results show that air-deflector windbreak net will reduce direct impact of wind on the stack and improve the effect of windbreak and dust suppression.%应用流体力学计算软件FLUENT对25%开孔率下不同形式的新型导流板式防风网流场进行了模拟.比较了常规直立式防风网和不同导流板弯曲长度和弯曲角度组合的导流板式防风网后物料堆垛表面的风速、湍流强度以及剪切应力的分布规律,并用离散相模型预测了网后堆垛表面粉尘颗粒的运动轨迹.研究结果表明:导流板式防风网减小了来流风对堆垛的直接作用,提高了防风抑尘水平.
