门式与悬臂式斗轮取料机工艺指标对比分析

摘要

本文以某港在用的门式斗轮取料机和悬臂式斗轮取料机为研究对象,以两种机型在实际生产中的实录数据为基础,通过工艺指标对比,得出门式斗轮取料机单位能耗较大,故障率较高,维护费用较大的特点,并分析研究了导致门式斗轮取料机处于劣势的原因.%By studying the portal and Cantilever type bucket wheel reclaimers based on the real-measured data of this two reclaimers used in a port, the comparative analysis results of process indexes show that the portal type bucket wheel reclaimer has more unit energy consumption, higher failure rate and larger maintenance cost. In addition, the causes for the weakness of portal type bucket wheel reclaimer are analyzed in detail.
