流动中的身份跃迁——基于五城市流动人口调查实证

摘要

Based on the data of migration survey carried out in five cities organized by NPFPC,this paper takes an empirical research of status changing of migrates between the first and the current migration,and gives an picture of changing status of migrates nowadays.The paper finds that the "Don't move" is the biggest subpopulation,and staying in the city more time and migrates in one's early age will improve one's mobility rates.There are other key factors to the social mobility,such as household register,education,matrimony and sexuality,but not the ethnic.%本文利用2009年由国家人口和计划生育委员会组织的重点地区流动人口监测试点调查数据,对流动人口在首次流动与本次流动期间的身份变化进行了实证分析,描述了当前流动人口的身份跃迁状态。研究发现＂不流动＂的流动人口比例仍偏大,居留长久化、首次流动时年龄年轻化有利于向上跃迁。当前的户籍制度、教育程度、婚姻与性别等因素都对身份的跃迁起着重要作用,而民族属性对身份跃迁影响不大。
