难选火烧硫化矿铅锌分离试验研究

             

摘要

通过采用铅锌全浮-分离浮选原则流程来处理难选火烧硫化矿。在铅锌混浮作业中,用硫酸清洗矿物表面,用硫酸铜活化铁闪锌矿、XSO活化氧化矿,用丁基黄药作为铅锌混合浮选捕收剂;铅锌分离时,用石灰作矿浆pH值调整剂,用氰化钠和硫酸锌作为铁闪锌矿和磁黄铁矿的抑制剂,用乙硫氮优先选铅。实验室小型闭路试验表明:铅锌混浮采用两粗两精两扫、铅锌分离时铅循环采用-粗-扫三精,锌循环采用-粗-扫两精,获得了铅精矿品位25.59%、回收率61.01%;锌精矿品位46.37%、回收率81.17%的选矿指标。%The refractory lead and zinc sulfide fired ore was studied by the lead-zinc all flotation- flotation separation flow. In mix flotation of lead-zinc, the surfaces of ore was clearing by sulphuric acid, then used butyl xanthate as the collector, used copper sulfate and XSQ to activate marmatite and oxidation ores, respectively, the mixed flotation of lead-zinc ores were carried out. On the separation of lead and zinc, sodium cyanide and zinc sulfate were adopted as depressor respectively for marmatite and pyrrhotite, lime as the pH modifier, the preferential flotation of lead ore was implemented with DDTC as collector. The closed-circuit experiment in laboratory shows that the lead and zinc were concentrated up to the grades of 25.59% and 46.37% and the recoveries of 61.01% andSl.17%, respectively by adopting the flotation flow sheet of two-stage roughing, two-stage cleaning and two-stage scavenging in the mixed flotation of the lead-zinc ores, single-stage roughing, single-stage scavenging and three-stage cleaning in collecting the lead with the separation of lead and zinc and single-stage roughing, single-stage scavenging and two-stage cleaning in collecting the zinc with the separation of lead and zinc.
