局部弹性绷带加压辅助治疗下肢深静脉血栓疗效观察

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of local elastic bandage deep vein thrombosis pressurized adjuvant therapy. Methods:50 cases of deep vein thrombosis were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 25 patients in the control group were treated by limb superficial dorsal vein by your doctor to use micro-pump intravenous thrombolytic therapy were observed in the use of micro-pump group static drop thrombolytic drugs while using an elastic bandage local venous pressure were compared thrombolytic effect. Results:thrombolysis observation group total effective rate was 98%;the control group was 83%, the two groups were analyzed limb Ridit clinical effect was significant difference (P<0 01.), The effect of the observation group than the control thrombolytic group. Conclusions:local elastic bandage adjuvant treatment of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis in patients with good effect.%目的：探讨局部弹性绷带加压辅助治疗下肢深静脉血栓患者的临床疗效。方法：将50例下肢深静脉血栓患者随机分为对照组和观察组各25例，对照组单纯经患肢足背浅静脉按医嘱使用微量泵静滴溶栓药物治疗，观察组在使用微量泵静滴溶栓药物同时采用弹性绷带局部静脉加压，比较两组溶栓效果。结果：观察组的溶栓总有效率为98%；对照组为83%，经Ridit分析两组患肢临床疗效有显著性差异（P<0.01），观察组溶栓的效果明显优于对照组。结论：局部弹性绷带加压辅助治疗下肢深静脉血栓患者效果良好。
