A series of polyurethane-urea materials was prepared by pre-polymerization method,using renewable castor oil,HTBN,TDI as raw materials.The mechanical properties were tested.The thermal property of materials were analyzed using DSC and TG.The result showed that,with the increase of HTBN,the tensile strength and tearing strength of material increased first and then decreased,the elongation at break decreased first and then increased,and the hardness showed reduction.The thermal property of castor oil/HTBN soft segment blend type PUU was apparently superior to pure castor oil PUU.%以可再生的蓖麻油、端羟基聚丁二烯-丙烯腈(HTBN)、甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)为原料,采用预聚体法合成了一系列的聚氨酯脲材料(PUU),对其力学性能进行了测定,并采用DSC和TG对材料进行了热分析.结果表明,随着HTBN用量的增加,材料的拉伸、撕裂强度表现出先增加后降低的趋势,断裂伸长率先降低后增加,硬度表现出一定的下降.HTBN/蓖麻油基软段共混型PUU的耐热性能明显优于纯蓖麻油型PUU.
