聚氨酯微孔弹性体材料的制备与性能

         

摘要

Polyurethane microcellular elastomers were prepared by the method of quasi?prepolymerization and prepolymer based on the PTMG1000, MDI, liquefied MDI (100L), trimethylolpropane (TMP), ethylene glycol ( EG) , catalyst A33 and water. The effects of the isocyanate ratio, NCO content, EG/TMP ratio and water content on the properties of the material were investigated. The results showed that the increase of 100L, TMP content or the NCO content could improve the mechanical strength and the amount of foaming agent, and the performance of the material was obviously decreased.%以聚四氢呋喃二醇PTMG1000、MDI、液化MDI(100L)、三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)、乙二醇(EG)、催化剂A33和水等为原料采用半预聚法合成了聚氨酯微孔弹性体材料,考察了不同异氰酸酯配比、NCO含量、扩链剂/交联剂配比及水用量对材料性能的影响.结果表明,适当地提高材料中100L、TMP含量或提高NCO基的含量均可提高材料力学强度;水用量增加,材料各项性能有所降低.
