一步法制备网状聚氨酯软泡及性能研究

         

摘要

The reticulated flexible polyurethane foam with cell-opening rate more than 97% was prepared by one-step method, using the self-developed polyether polyol ZS-315, normal polyether triol ZS-2802 and auxiliary a-gent, etc. The effects of auxiliary agent on the properties of foam were discussed, and the physical properties of the foam were compared with that of two-step method. The results showed that this method was flexible in ingredients adjustment, the properties of the one-step reticulated flexible polyurethane foam were excellent, and were similar to that of two-step method.%以聚醚多元醇ZS-315、普通聚醚三醇ZS-2802及其他助剂为原料,采用一步法工艺制备了高开孔率(开孔率大于97%)网状聚氨酯软泡,讨论了助剂对泡沫性能的影响,并与两步法制备的网状聚氨酯软泡的物理性能进行对比.结果表明,该方法配方调节灵活,所制得的网状聚氨酯软泡物理性能优良,且与两步法制备的网状聚氨酯软泡性能相当.
