将超支化聚酰胺-酯(HPAE)引入到聚氨酯分子结构中对其进行改性,合成了一种革用聚氨酯浆料,研究了在低聚物二醇与HPAE的混合物中不同代数、不同含量HPAE对聚氨酯性能的影响.研究结果表明,加入HPAE后,聚氨酯薄膜的拉伸强度、耐水解和耐光老化性能都有显著提高,耐黄变由Ⅰ型提高到Ⅱ型,说明超支化聚酰胺-酯是革用聚氨酯浆料的一种很好的改性剂.%A modified polyurethane slurry for leather was prepared by incorporating hyperbranched polyamide-ester( HPAE) into the molecular structure. The effects of the different generation and dosage of HPAE on the prop-erties of the PU were investigated. The results showed that the tensile strength, hydrolysis resistance and UV light aging resistance performance of PU films were improved significantly by the combination of HPAE. The yellowing resistance was improved from type Ⅰ to type Ⅱ. It showed that HPAE was a good modifier of PU slurry.
