The moisture content of the adhesive layer in the gluing process is an important parameter affecting the adhesion of waterborne polyurethane dispersions(PUD)adhesives. In order to monitor the moisture content of PUD adhesive layer on-line,the near infrared(NIR)moisture meter was used,and compared with weighing meth-od. Meanwhile,the influence of the distance and angle between the probe and the adhesive layer, as well as the measurement speed on the measurement result was investigated. The results showed that, when the adhesive layer was in emulsion state,the measurement error was large,but the error was small when the PUD was dried to become the film state. The measuring angle and distance of the probe had little effect on the measurement results. The NIR moisture meter could be applied to the online monitoring of moisture content in the adhesive layer on the premise that the amount of gluing was consistent.%胶层所含水分是影响水性聚氨酯分散液(PUD)胶黏剂粘接效果的重要参数.为了对PUD胶层粘接时的水分进行在线监测,探索采用近红外(NIR)水分测试仪进行测量,并与称量法测试结果相对比,同时考察测量探头与胶层的距离、角度以及测量速度等因素对测量结果的影响.结果表明,当胶层为乳液状态时测量误差较大,当PUD干燥至胶膜状态时误差较小;探头的测量角度、距离对测量结果影响不大,在施胶量一致的前提下,可以用NIR水分测试仪在线检测胶层水分.
