大节距长距离链条线体卡阻预防

摘要

针对大节距链条卡阻问题,提出了多种预防措施,最终采用了变频器的失速防止功能,通过检测输出电流,超过设定值后,立刻切断变频器输出,保证设备正常运行.%According to the coarse pitch chain block problem,a variety of preventive measures were put forward. Fi-nally,the antistall function of the inverter was adopted. By detection the output current,when the current exceeds the set value,the inverter output was shut off immediately. Normal operation of the equipment was ensured.
