鉴于55 dtex/72 f全消光DTY优等率低的问题,通过对其加工状况的原因分析,88 dtex/72 f全消光POY原料是主要原因.从纺丝工艺条件、油嘴及导丝钩的使用、油剂含量、清板周期、无风区等生产因素入手,通过最优化的设备选择和工艺调整,使POY物理指标更加优良、原丝损伤最小,从而达到改善后加工性能,提升DTY优等品率的目的.%In view of the problem of low excellent rate of 55 dtex/72 f full dull DTY,by analyzing of its processing condition,the main reason is that the raw material of 88 dtex/72 f full dull POY. Starting with the spinning process conditions,the use of oil nozzles and guide hooks,the content of finish,the cleaning period,the no-wind zone and other production factors,through the optimization of equipment selection and process adjustment,so that the physi-cal indexes of POY is better and the damage of grey yarn is minimum,so as to improve the post processing perform-ance,upgrade the excellent rate of DTY.
