固相萃取-气相色谱法测定地表水中甲基对硫磷

摘要

文中建立了固相萃取-气相色谱法测定地表水中甲基对硫磷的方法.实验表明, 甲基对硫磷在0. 0060. 0μg/L范围内呈良好的线性关系, 检出限均为0. 05μg/L, 7次测定结果的相对标准偏差小于2％, 方法加标回收率在94. 9％103. 7％间.该方法操作简便快速, 有机试剂用量少, 检出限低, 方法重现性和加标回收率较好, 能满足地表水中痕量甲基对硫磷的分析要求.%A method for determination of methyl parathion in surface water by solid phase extraction and gas chromatography has been established. The experimental results show that Parathion-methyl has a good linear relationship in the range of 0. 00 ～ 60.0 μg/L. The detection limit is 0. 05 ug/L and the relative standard deviation of the 7 times measurement results is less than 2％.The recovery rate of the method is 94. 9％ to 103. 7％. The method is simple and rapid, with less organic reagents, low detection limit, reproducibility and recovery rate, which can meet the analysis requirements of trace Parathion-methyl in surface water.
