文中建立了吹扫捕集-气相色谱法同时测定地表水中甲醛和乙醛的方法.在优化的实验条件下, 甲醛和乙醛标准溶液在0.00~50.0μg/L的质量浓度范围内线性关系良好, 相关系数大于0.999, 水样平均加标回收率在92.5%~104.7%范围内, 相对标准偏差均小于2%, 方法检出限为0.03μg/L和0.06μg/L.该方法操作简便, 浓缩倍数高, 检出限低, 测定结果的精密度和准确度好, 分析过程中无需使用有机试剂, 适用于地表水中甲醛和乙醛的分析测定.%A method for simultaneous determination of formaldehyde and acetaldehyde in surface water by using Purge and trap gas chromatography was established. Under the optimized experimental conditions, the linear relationship between the standard solution of formaldehyde and acetaldehyde in the range of 0. 00 to 50. 0μg/L was good, the correlation coefficient was greater than 0.999, the average recovery rate of water sample was within 92. 5% ~ 104. 7%, the relative standard deviation was less than 2%, the detection limit of the method is 0. 03μg/Land 0. 06μg/L. This method is easy to operate, high concentration multiplier, low detection limit, good precision and accuracy, and no use of organic reagent in the analysis process. It was suitable for the analysis and determination of formaldehyde and acetaldehyde in surface water.
