Data of performance tests of plastified soybean protein composite materials plasticized by caprolactam showed: that the effect of plasticizer on water absorption and pecentage of break-elongation of the unplasticized composite is significant. Water absorption of soy protein composite after adding plasticizer caprolaetam decreases more definitely than one of non-plasticizers. And the tensile strength of it decreases slightly, percentage of break-elongation and melt fluidity of it are improvement significantly.%通过对己内酰胺增塑过亚麻大豆蛋白复合材料性能测试表明:增塑剂的加入对复合材料吸水率和断裂伸长率的影响比较显著,加入增塑剂己内酰胺后,复合材料吸水率大幅下降,断裂伸长率和熔体流动性有了显著改善,其拉伸强度略有下降。
