透明PVC药品包装材料透射率的研究

         

摘要

采用双辊开炼机混炼、成型得到透明PVC药品包装材料试样,然后通过UV-1800分光光度计测试波长290~ 500 nm试样透射率.透明PVC试样中加入抗氧剂1076、光稳定剂770、二苯甲酮类紫外线吸收剂UV-531和苯并三唑类紫外线吸收剂UV-P1,测试研究这四种助剂对透明PVC药品包装材料透射率的影响,结果表明:在UV-A紫外线290~380 nm之间,UV-P1吸收强烈,透射率最低,UV-531其次,可单独使用,770和1076对其吸收最少,透射率最大,需与其他紫外线吸收剂搭配,而在400 ~ 500 nm之间几乎无吸收作用.%The transparent PVC drug packaging cneterial type sample was obtained by mixing and molding with a double-roll mill and used uv-1800 spectrophotometer,obtained transmittance of wavelength 290 ~250 nm sample.Added autioxyen 1076,light stabilizer 770 and UV-531,UV-P1,into PVC sample,then researved the effect of these additives in PVC,The results showed:betwween ultraviolet 290 ~ 380 nm,UV-P1 absorpted intensely,transmissivity was least next was UV-531,who could be used lonely,770,1076 obsorpted shortest,transmissivity was most.They had to work with others UV.Between 400 ~ 500 nm.The affect was little.
