研究了硬质聚氯乙烯(UPVC)压延用有机锡稳定剂的热稳定性能的评价方法,包括静态烘箱法、动态双辊塑炼法等,考察了有机锡稳定剂对PVC静态、动态及残留热稳定性的影响,结果表明:辛基锡稳定剂具有较好的初期热稳定性,但长期热稳定性大小依次为丁基锡稳定剂＞甲基锡稳定剂＞辛基锡稳定剂.%Evalated Methods for heat stability of organo tin used for calandering of UPVC,which conclude oven static method,twin-roller dynamic method and so on,were studied,and the effect of organo tin stabilizers on static,dynamic and remain stabilities were inspected.The results showed that the octyl tin has better heat stability in early period,but in long period,the order of effect is butyl tin ＞ methyl tin ＞ octyl tin.
