对不同基材种类,不同阻燃剂种类,不同阻燃剂添加量结合配方试验,对辐照交联低烟无卤阻燃聚烯烃材料辐照前、后抗撕强度、拉伸强度相互关系、影响因素进行研究,结果表明:基材种类、阻燃剂种类、阻燃剂添加量都会影响辐照交联低烟无卤电缆料材料的抗撕性能,特别是阻燃剂添加量对其抗撕强度影响较大,拉伸强度的优劣并不代表抗撕强度的优劣.%In consideration of a tear-resistant requirement raised from cable standard applicable to vessel,mining and related special occasions,this article made a study of interrelation between tearing-resistant strength and tensile strength as well as influencing factors before and after irradiation test of irradiation crosslinkable low-smoke non-halogen flame-retardant polyolefin compound,based on different basic material types,flame-retardant types and flame-retardant additive amount combined with formula experiments.The results indicated that there will be an influence to tear-resistant property of irradiation crosslinkable low-smoke non-halogen flame-retardant polyolefin compound because of different types of basic material,flame-retardant together with flame-retardant additive amount,particularly a greater impact for additive amount.Furthermore,the performance of tensile strength does not mean the good or bad property of tear-resistant strength.
