城市防震避难空间规划探讨——以西昌市为例

Earthquake prevention experiences from Japan and Taiwan include: basic spatial units are organized based on disaster prevention circle; earthquake prevention places are allocated with urban land uses; earthquake prevention corridors are well organized. China's earthquake prevention system should have use prevention circle as the core organizer, complemented with three level disaster prevention circles and belts. Xichang city earthquake prevention plan is made by these principles.%日本、我国台湾等地的防震避难空间规划的实践经验包括:以防灾生活圈作为空间组织的基本单元,结合城市用地分级设置避难场所,有效组织防灾避难的通道系统.借鉴以上经验,我国大陆城市防震避难空间体系应以防灾生活圈作为组织核心,由三级防灾生活圈与防灾隔离带共同构成.西昌城区防震避难空间规划基于以上体系,结合避难场所划定防灾生活圈,选择防救灾通道.
