基于眺望景观保护的城市设计探索与实践

摘要

眺望控制法由于受到景观保护法应用于保护规划思维定势的影响,以及几何分析绘图、计算过于复杂的约束,在城市设计中运用得较少,其作为有效的空间分析方法和城市设计方法的价值常常被忽略.青岛市市政府东西两侧整合改造项目在综合考虑我国城市规划体系的基础上,将眺望景观保护引入城市设计,通过确定、分析和计算眺望点,综合所有视点分析结果,形成建筑限高结论图,增强了城市设计方案的科学性,保护了城市特色.%Overlook viewpoint control is rarely used in urban design and its value neglected due to its special geometrical graphing and complex calculations. Qingdao city government east and west side renovation plan introduces overlook viewpoint protection into urban design by specifying, analyzing, and calculating viewpoints. With an architectural height control map, the plan increases the rationale of urban design and protects cityscape.
