转型期东莞市工业用地变化及调整优化研究

摘要

Although there is an ongoing transition from labor intensive to intelligence intensive industries,analysis of Dongguan industrial land use reveals its "second, tertiary, first" industrial structure, which is different from a mature industrial structure. Dongguan industrial land use should transform toward "tertiary,second, first" industrial structure, and increase industrial land use management.%通过分析转型期东莞市工业用地的演变规律可知,东莞市的产业结构为明显的"二、三、一"结构,与国外发达国家的发展轨迹存在很大的不同;虽然东莞市工业内部各行业的发展遵循着由劳动密集型向资本、技术知识密集型的轨迹行进,但东莞市的产业结构和工业结构不够理想.东莞市的土地资源配置应由工业用地倾斜转向非工业用地倾斜,促进其产业结构向"三、二、一"方向发展,并通过调整工业内部行业用地、转变工业用地模式和加强工业用地管理等措施,促进东莞市工业用地的调整和优化.
