滨海地区旅游设施评估体系探索——以深圳市大鹏半岛为例

A major problem in developing coastal tourism facilities is the lack of a scientific evaluation method for guiding future development. The Dapeng peninsula tourist evaluation divides tourism facilities into five categories:hotel, restaurant, shopping, entertainment, and public services. Supply/demand analysis, construction condition evaluations, and future development strategies are presented.%目前许多滨海地区面临的重要问题是对现状旅游设施进行科学的评估,从而为未来发展策略的制定提供科学依据.以深圳市大鹏半岛为例,采取评估框架的形式,将旅游设施分为住宿设施、餐饮设施、购物设施、娱乐设施和公共服务设施五大类,分别从供需关系和建设状况两个角度进行评估,并针对各类设施分别提出发展策略,有效地指导了深圳市大鹏半岛旅游设施的发展.
