城市轨道站点周边一体化城市设计探讨——以北京M15号线顺义段沿线站点周边城市设计为例

城市轨道站点周边区域作为城市建设的热点、公共活动的焦点,成为支撑现代城市运转的关键节点,其规划设计需整合土地、交通和空间等要素,以“一体化设计”思想贯穿始终.研究以北京M15号线顺义段沿线站点周边城市设计为例,分析顺义站现状问题及进行一体化设计的前提条件,从换乘系统一体化、城市空间立体化及城市功能复合化三方面进行一体化城市设计,并提出相应的实施控制,包括图则控制和扩初设计,实现顺义站周边区域土地利用集约化,充分发挥交通运输价值与城市空间价值的综合效益,推动顺义站点周边区域的发展.%Rail station vicinity is becoming hotspots of urban development and public activities in modern cities. Its plan needs to be "integrative" with land, transport, and city space. Taking M15 railway Shunyi station vicinity urban design as a case, the paper analyzes current status and preconditions for integrative design, makes integrative design from transferring, vertical spaces, and complex urban functions, and raises relevant implementation control, including charts and preliminary design. The integrative design realizes compact land use around Shunyi station, maximizes transport and spatial values, and promotes Shunyi station vicinity development.
