全域视角下的镇域村镇布局规划编制探讨

随着城镇化进程的快速推进，村镇规划越来越受到人们的重视。针对传统镇域规划实践体系和理论存在的不足与问题，研究通过对全域视角概念的解析，在对现有的镇总体规划和村庄布局(点)规划进行反思的基础上，结合长沙市望城区乔口镇的规划编制实践，探讨了全域视角下镇域村镇布局规划编制内容体系和工作体系的构建，并明确了编制要点，以期为相关研究和规划实践提供参考。%Town and vil age planning is receiving more and more attention as urbanization goes on. With respect to the problems and defects of traditional town and vil age planning, Changsha Qiaokou town planning studies the content and frame of the plan from panoramic viewpoint, highlights the key points of planning, and provides reference for other cases.
