国内外空间规划研究进展与展望

摘要

随着城市化进程的加速，一系列城市问题日益凸显，在“多规融合”的大潮流以及统筹发展思想的导向下，进行空间规划的必要性愈发显现。针对我国现阶段空间规划的相关理论指导及技术方法相对缺乏的状况，研究通过文献综述的方式，介绍空间规划相关概念的形成、历史背景及定义，总结国内外空间规划的特点、体系和经验，概括空间规划决策的技术发展和种类，并结合我国特点对未来空间规划的发展作出展望。%With the acceleration of urbanization process, series of urban problems have sprung up, in the tide of “multiple planning fusion” and guidance of overal development, the necessity of spatial planning is intensiifed. Facing the lack of related guidance and technical method, in this paper, by means of literature review, the writer introduce the concepts formation, historical background and deifnition of the spatial planning, summarize the characteristics, system and experience of the spatial planning both at home and abroad, generalize spatial planning decision-making technology development and the type, take the characteristics of spatial planning of our country into consideration and make an outlook.
