美丽城市理念下的城市绿色开敞空间构建

摘要

Baotou puts forward green open space planning under new urbanization and beautiful Baotou development guidance. With“human-city-ecology harmonious development” concept, the plan ifrstly reorganizes green factors and establishes an integrated green network;secondly, establishes spatial control model of“three regions two lines”as the foundation of green open space. The plan to an extent completes green space planning methodology, and provides a reference for other cities.%包头市在建设两型社会、推动新型城镇化和实现“美丽中国”等思想的指导下，根据建设“美丽包头”的基础与问题，提出了绿色开敞空间规划。规划以“人—城市—生态和谐发展”的美丽城市为理念，首先梳理市域层面的生态要素，构建完善的市域绿色空间网络；其次，构筑“三区两线”的空间管制模式，作为绿色开敞空间的基底；最后，提取重要水域、风景区及基本农田等非建设用地、城市主要道路和城市绿地作为绿色开敞空间的构成要素，重构包头市绿色开敞空间结构。规划在一定程度上完善了绿色开敞空间的方法论，为其他城市的类似规划提供了参考。
