“多规合一”规划中的城乡用地分类及其应用

摘要

The paper cleared the background and meaning of multi-plans integration,put forward that this research will help to urbanrural land classification.After analyzing land classification standard,followed the protection require of environment,put forward "three and one" model including product space,life space,ecological space,and facility space.And practice this model in the planning of Jiang county,Sichuan province,summarized the problems,offered some reference to other plans.%文章对当前开展的“多规合一”的背景和意义进行了梳理,提出研究“多规合一”规划中城乡用地分类具有重要的现实意义.在对当前的各类用地分类标准进行分析后,结合当前对城乡生态环境保护的要求,提出由“生产、生活、生态空间+区域设施空间”组成的“3+1”空间分类框架,并将其应用在四川省中江县城乡规划中,针对出现的问题进行总结和展望,以期为当前“多规合一”中区域用地分类理论研究增添一种思路.
