城市边缘区“城市双修”规划策略——以天津市李七庄街为例

“城市双修”是我国经济新常态下实现城市发展模式和治理方式转型的重要手段,是增量规划向存量规划转变过程中必须坚持的理念.基于此,文章将“城市双修”理念引入到城市边缘区规划中,结合天津市李七庄街的实践,从功能网、交通网、生态网、设施网及文化网五个方面进行了“城市双修”策略研究,以期为相关规划提供借鉴.%"Urban renovation and ecological restoration" has become an important approach in urban development and governance transition,and a concept in the transition of urban planning from new development area planning to built-up area planning.The paper introduces the concept of "renovation and restoration" in urban fringe planning,embodies the concept in function,transportation,ecology,infrastructure,and culture in Liqizhuang street planning.
