基于 LabVIEW 的烟气流速数据处理方法研究

         

摘要

In order to process the data of stack gas velocity obtained by optical scintillation ,a data processing procedure based on LabVIEW was established and applied .The filtering results and cross-correlation results were compared with that obtained by Origin .The results indicated that after selec-ting suitable parameter for filters ,the LabVIEW procedure could extract effective signal from experi-mental data ,which contain complex noise .The stack gas velocities calculated by this procedure were in reasonable range ,between 4 to 10 m/s .This procedure could also realize batch processing .%  为研究光闪烁法测量烟气流速的数据处理方法,基于LabVIEW平台开发了数据处理软件。将程序用于烟气流速的数据处理,并将滤波结果和互相关计算结果分别与O rigin的数据处理结果进行了对比。结果表明:通过设置滤波器参量,本程序可以很好的从带有复杂噪声的实验数据中提取出有效信号,由此计算出的烟气流速值在4~10 m之间,介于烟气流速的合理范围内。利用本程序还可以实现烟气流速实验数据的批处理。
