LED 发光二极管特性测试

摘要

使用常规实验仪器搭建了L ED特性测试系统，测试了L ED的伏安特性、光强分布特性、光谱特性、光功率与电流关系特性和发光效率与电流关系特性，得到了L ED的阈值电压、正常电压、发光波长、半值角与指向性、峰值波长和光通量等参量。%Based on common experimental instruments ,the basic characteristics of LED were test-ed directly ,including the current-voltage performance ,light intensity distribution ,spectral character-istics ,the relation between light power and electric current ,light efficiency and electric current char-acteristics .Other characteristics ,such as the threshold voltage ,normal voltage ,shining wavelength , the angle of half value ,LED directionality ,peak wavelength and light flux were measured indirectly .
