基于流动相似性原理,研制了肺呼吸物理教学实验仪,测量了模型肺以及模拟胸腔内高压时的肺V-p 曲线及肺顺应性。结果表明:模型肺的V-p曲线及肺顺应性与实际肺相似;模拟胸腔内高压时的肺顺应性减小,其规律与真实肺相符合。利用肺呼吸物理教学实验仪可以较好地模拟实际肺的黏弹性特征、可以进行肺V-p 曲线及肺顺应性的模拟测量。%A respiratory physical teaching experimental apparatus was developed based on flow similarity theory .The V-p curve and the lung compliance model with or without intrathoracic pressure were measured .It showed that the V-p curve and lung compliance were similar to the actual lung . The simulation of intrathoracic pressure showed that the lung compliance decreased ,which agreed with the actual lung .This teaching apparatus could simulate the viscoelastic characteristics of actual lung and measure the V-p curve and the compliance of lung model .
