微秒聚焦激光剥蚀铁靶实验设计

         

摘要

Parameters of free‐running holmium∶YAG laser ,such as energy ,pulse duration and frequency ,were measured .The output laser pulses were coupled into surface of iron plate using a CaF2 lens .The crater profile was measured by a stereomicroscope .The experimental results indicated that high ratio of depth and diameter of crater could be obtained when ablating the iron plate with nar‐row laser pulse ,the crater had no obvious thermal damage or mechanical damage ,and the surface was smooth with no deposition .%将激光原理与实验相结合,测量了自由运转钬激光的脉冲能量、脉冲宽度和重复频率,并增加了聚焦激光剥蚀铁靶的实验。用氟化钙凸透镜将钬激光器输出激光聚焦在铁靶材表面,在体式显微镜下观察剥蚀后凹坑形貌。实验结果表明:短脉宽的激光用于剥蚀靶材凹坑的深径比大,无明显热损伤或机械性损伤,表面光滑且无剥蚀物沉积。
