多功能光功率计研制

摘要

设计了具有多量程切换挡位、多波长选择挡位、操作简便的多功能光功率计。具体介绍了光功率计中PIN光电探测器的特性、前置放大电路设计方法和减小噪声的措施。%A multifunctional optical power meter with the characteristics of multi‐range ,multi‐wavelength and simple operation was designed .The property of PIN‐photoelectric detector ,design method of pre‐amplifier circuit ,and measures to reduce noise were introduced as well .
