双臂电桥测量接触电阻的研究

摘要

The principle of measuring low resistance with double bridge was briefly described .By using QJ44 type double bridge ,the resistivity of metal rods was measured .Moreover ,the resistance of the lead and the contact resistance of the terminal lug could also be measured by changing the con‐nection type of the double bridge .The results demonstrated that the measurement of the resistivity was not affected by the lead resistance and the contact resistance .The necessity of four‐wire connec‐tion was testified .%介绍了双臂电桥测量低值电阻的理论，通过改变Q J44型双臂电桥连接法测量金属棒的电阻率及引线电阻和接线头的接触电阻。实验表明：电阻率的测量结果与引线电阻和接触电阻无关，从实验上说明了双臂电桥要四端接线的必要性。
