激光能量密度分布计算及实验测试

     

摘要

The energy distribution,the spot size and beam waist radius of the laser spot were analyzed in this paper.The energy distribution of the spot through theoretical was calculated when the laser beam passed through diaphragm of different aperture,and experiment tests were taken.The results show that the center of the laser energy distribution is the geometry center,which provides experimental support to optical orientation measurements.%分析了激光光斑的能量分布、光斑尺寸和束腰半径。理论计算了激光光束通过不同孔径的光栏时光斑的能量分布,并进行了实验测试,结果表明激光能量分布中心即是几何中心,给光电定向测量提供实验支撑。
