Objective To explore the effect of Xiaodan granules on renal function of rats with chronic renal failure (CRF) induced by adenine.Methords Except for the normal control,rats with CRF induced by adenine were randomly divivded into five groups:model,low-,mediate-,high-dosage of Xiaodan granules and positive control group that was treated with Niaoduqing granules.Corresponding drugs were given to these five groups for 30 days,The serum SCr,BUN and UA,RBC,HGB,Hct were observed to find differences.Results Compared with the model group,SCr,BUN and UA were significantly decreased,while RBC,HGB and Hct were increased in all the treated CRF rats.Conclusion Xiaodan granules have definitely therapeutic effect on CRF of rats caused by adenine.Furthermore,Xiaodan granules display a similar effect to Niaoduqing granules.%目的 探讨消氮颗粒对腺嘌呤所致大鼠慢性肾衰的影响.方法 除正常对照组外,其他各组大鼠采用腺嘌呤制备慢性肾衰模型.将模型大鼠随即分为模型组,消氮颗粒低、中、高剂量组和阳性对照组(给予尿毒清颗粒),分别用相应的药物灌胃治疗30 d,观察各组大鼠血肌酐(SCr)、尿素氮(BUN)、尿酸(UA)、红细胞总数(RBC)、血红蛋白量(HGB)、血细胞比积(Hct)的变化.结果 与模型组比较,阳性对照组和消氮颗粒低、中、高剂量组血清SCr、BUN、UA含量显著降低,RBC、HGB、Hct有所升高.结论 消氮颗粒对腺嘌呤肾衰大鼠有治疗作用,作用与尿毒清颗粒类似.
