基于云计算的计算机辅助药物设计学课程改革

摘要

以云计算辅助教学技术为基础,结合计算机辅助药物设计发展趋势、药学人才培养要求以及药物设计学学科自身特点,构建云计算服务网络教学平台,阐述基于云计算的计算机辅助药物设计教学构架. 对计算机辅助药物设计学课程教学方法进行改革,探讨云计算对计算机辅助药物设计课程改革的意义.%According to the development of cloud computing assisted teaching technology,the trend of the Computer Aided Drug Design ( CADD) ,the requirement of pharmaceutical talents training,and the char-acteristics of the drug design discipline, a Cloud Computing Platform was initially built to optimize the teaching model and teaching resources of ( CADD).Based on this cloud computing platform,some curric-ulum reforms about the teaching methods and teaching models were conducted.The significance of intro-duce of cloud computing to CADD curriculum reform was also discussed in this paper.
