分散液液微萃取-HPLC法测定藿香正气口服液中厚朴酚与和厚朴酚含量

摘要

An ionic liquid based dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction (DLLME)-HPLC method for therndetermination of magnolol and honokiol in Huoxiangzhengqi oral solution was established. Under thernoptimum condition, good linearity was obtained in the range of 0.4～8 μg·mL-1 and 0.3～6 μg·mL-1 forrnmagnolol and honokiol, respectively, with the correlation coefficient >0.9998. The method was simple,rnsensitive and can be used to determine the content of magnolol and honokiol in Chinese MedicinernPreparations.%建立基于离子液体的分散液液微萃取-HPLC法测定藿香正气口服液中厚朴酚与和厚朴酚含量的方法.厚朴酚与和厚朴酚分别在0.4～8 μg· mL-1、0.3～6μg·mL-1的范围内,线性关系良好(r ＞0.9998).本方法简便、灵敏,适用于中药制剂中厚朴酚与和厚朴酚含量测定.
