糖尿病患者发生低血糖的多因素分析

摘要

Patients diagnosed of diabetes with standard drug treatment for more than a month in hospital were selected, questionnaires and interviews were applied for data collection and the impact factors of hypoglycemia in diabetic patients were analyzed. The results showed that the rate of hypoglycemia in diabetic patients was 54.5%. Times of blood glucose monitoring, doses of medication and awareness of medication importance were the positive factors; while number of drug species, attention to the disease and participation in health education were negative factors to the incidence of hypoglycemia.%通过问卷调查与访谈相结合的方式收集数据,分析影响糖尿病患者发生低血糖的影响因素.结果显示,糖尿病患者低血糖发生率为54.5％,多次血糖监测、多次给药、对用药重要性认知程度等因素会增加低血糖的发生；而用药种数越少、对疾病越重视、参加健康教育等因素会降低低血糖的发生.
